Born and raised in Lisbon, Bernardo has always been active. Early in his life, he knew he wanted to stay active and work in the fitness industry teaching people how to keep healthy, active lifestyles.
From football to Jiu-jitsu, bouldering, and surfing, he always finds a way to incorporate fitness into his lifestyle and he is excited to bring his expertise and love for fitness to his bootcamp classes at amplify.
