To book a session, you need to create an online account. You may then purchase online credits or membership (credit card or SEPA) and book a session at your convenient day and time. You can also book and pay your session directly at the studio.

Whenever you wish. The schedule is opening on every Monday at 12:00 for the following week. You just have to choose from our Cycling, Bootcamp or Yoga sessions.

Yes. We offer memberships without entry fee or long time commitment (2 months minimum only). Choose what fits your goals and lifestyle most.

We know how much you love to book your spots on Monday morning for your week ahead!
You can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class starts without losing your credit.
This allows for other athletes to use your spot if you cannot make it.
Any class cancelled less than 12 hours before the class or any no show will be a late cancel:
- For session packs, 2 weekly and 3 weekly memberships: 1 credit will be removed from your account.
- For unlimited memberships: a late cancel fee of 5€ will be charged on your account.

One of the best things about about our classes is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, choosing the right weight to your fitness level during Bootcamp or following the modifications during Yoga. The workout can suit each client's abilities. With every class confidence and strength increase, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun at amplify.

All our sessions are offering a unique experience. Every single detail is designed to make you feel better, stronger and help you find everything you need from the session you booked.

It always depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. Research indicates that on average, indoor cyclists can burn from 500-700 calories in a challenging 45-minute workout and around 1000 calories during a Bootcamp session.

All amplify studios have lockers with built in, easy-to-use locks. We also have separate changing rooms, complete with toiletries and showers.

A fresh workout towel will be waiting for you at the Cycling, Bootcamp and Yoga studio. In case you would like to take a shower, ask for our big fluffy shower towels at the reception.

Yes! You can use our shoes free of charge (cleaned after every use!) or, if you really want to nail the pro look, bring your own. They strengthen the connection between leg and bike, engaging hamstrings and glutes for toned, lean legs. They also let you push up from the saddle more safely—to work core muscles, raise your heart rate and burn those calories.

We sell paper bottled water in the studio. We are working hard for a non-plastic environment. We also have filtered water fountains at the studio if you need to fill up your own bottle.

If it's your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class so you have enough time to change and we can show you the right settings for any session you choose. Please note, that if you have not signed in 4 minutes before the class starts, your bike or treadmill may be released. If you are running late but showing up at the studio for up to 10 minutes after class starts, we let you book another class without any additional charge. To ensure the best possible experience, sessions will start on time and late joiners will not be able to enter the room.

Come as you are in your favorite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or tee-shirt. And your favorite water bottle ;-)

We are offering 10% discount on full price packs. Only available in studio when presenting a valid student card and excludes special offers.

Yes, you can! You can book more than one spot at a time, even next to each other to enjoy the class with your squad. Applies only to tickets not memberships.

We are offering the yoga mats free of charge during our yoga sessions. But if you have your own, feel free to bring them!

Yes there is a public parking across the street.

amplify makes it easy for you, any credit buys you any session, the pass gives you access to all sessions.
