Our signature SuperFlow yoga is a Vinyasa based soulful practice open to all levels.
This dynamic, strength-based class uses fun and full-body flow movements to reinforce your core, improve joint health, and increase your flexibility.
It will focus on improving your core muscles to be able to go deeper into the poses and prepare your mind and body for the challenging postures.
In this music driven practice, you will flow along to tracks from varied genres.
The practice includes a centering warm up leading into the playful vinyasa flows and challenging mini-series to push you to find the best version of yourself and finishing with a relaxing cool down with a savasana.
All our classes are open to all levels, however the GentleFlow vinyasa format is recommended for anyone looking to focus on the foundation, structure and alignment of each posture.
It will help you release tension, calm your mind and surrender into your space.
We provide the yoga mats but you can come with your own!
The mats are cleaned and disinfected after each session.
