Carolina is an island girl from Madeira.
She's been dancing since her first steps: from ballroom to ballet and contemporary dance...motion and rhythm are the basis of her Barre practices.
She has completed a BA in Dance at Escola Superior de Dança followed by a chance to perform in the Netherlands.
Being certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher since 2019, her Yoga classes are packed with heat, passion, and inside jokes.
Her dream is to have a balanced lifestyle and to keep her practices full of love and kindness.
