Born and bred in Lisbon, Susana a successful yoga and Pilates teacher, coaching hundreds of students every week she fell in love with cycling and the amplify community.
She now conquers her next challenge in the Barre studio and bring you a practice that is as equally as challenging as it is invigorating.
Susana is inspired by her vast knowledge of fitness to craft each one of her amplify Barre practices to promote mobility through movement and music.
